AMI MIXER DRIVE MOTORS

AMI Offers a wide variety of Mixer Drive Motors powered by either Electric or Air for both standard and custom environments. Standard drive motors have a quick connect coupling or hex to shaft connection with twist lock style base, and fit most industry standard mixers. A heavy duty cover guard, and heavy duty lift handle with a centering bend is also standard on each unit.

Standard electric drives are gear driven, explosion proof, Div 1 Class I & II, Group D, F & G, and are sized from 1 hp to 3 hp. Electrical connections are 3/60/208-230/460/1800 3 phase. Options include 110 Volt variable speed in its, operator panels and custom configured and HP ratings.

Standard 1 hp Air motor

Standard air drives are gear driven with standard shop air consumption and are sized from 1 hp to 4 hp. Direct drive motors are also available or can be configured for most applications. Large size motors with frame mounting are also offered. Options include lubricator/regulators with filters and are available for all size motors.
